ORLANDO, Fla. — The Doctor Phillips Center for the Performing Arts has announced a special performance in support of Ukraine.

The venue posted a preview of the performance of the National Ballet of Ukraine.
“We have all been overwhelmed by the utter disregard for humanity as the humanitarian crisis continues to unfold into an unjustified war in Ukraine,” said Marc McMurrin, President and CEO of the Ginsburg Family Foundation.

This is the band’s first concert in the United States since 2018.

“We are beyond grateful to the Orlando community for welcoming us and launching our first US tour in several years,” said Olena Filipieva, Artistic Director of the National Ballet of Ukraine.
All proceeds will go to organizations that help Ukrainian citizens, refugees and veterans.

The show is scheduled for August 27.
