Bus driver filmed masturbating and harassing female passenger
LAHORE – In another terrible incident of harassment, a female passenger had to confront a bus driver who kept touching herself while sitting in front of a woman in the vehicle bound for Lahore.
The woman, who was traveling from Zafarwal to the capital of Punjab, filmed the culprit while shamelessly “jerking off” right in front of her.
The disgusting clip was recorded by the women in secret as she decided to expose the pervert. The clip was posted on May 25 on the microblogging site Twitter. A social media user, who goes by the name of Mian Zahid Hussain, shared the video which shows the obscene act on the moving bus.

The bus runs between Sadwal village of Zafarwal and other towns in Punjab, concluding its trip in Lahore.
The social media user also tagged the Punjab Police and the official account of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar to look into the matter, as harassment complaints are common on public transport.
So far, no law enforcement agency has made a statement in this regard while the identity of the shameless man is still unknown.
The act of masturbating in broad daylight which amounts to harassment is increasingly common in this South Asian country.
According to a recent report by the National Commission on the Status of Women, nearly 50 percent of women surveyed in the public sector have experienced any form of harassment. Street harassment jeopardizes the safety of young women and girls.
The term street harassment includes unwanted whistling, slurs, sexist, homophobic or transphobic slurs, persistent requests for someone’s name, number or destination after saying no, sexually explicit comments and requests, stalking, flashing, public masturbation, groping, sexual assault and rape.
Whether it is known that insulting the modesty of women or sexually harassing them is a crime within the meaning of article 509 of the Pakistani Penal Code (PPC). Anyone who violates this crime can be punished with imprisonment of up to 3 years or a fine of up to Rs 500,000 or both.
